This Privacy Policy explains how Selphia Collective Pte. Ltd., trading as The AI Burrow (“we”, “us”), handles personal data when you use theaiburrow.xyz, contact us, attend our workshops or use services we provide.
What we collect
We may collect contact details and enquiry information you choose to send us, workshop or consulting participation information, technical information needed to operate our website, and service information needed to provide an agreed service.
For services using the WhatsApp Business Platform, this may include a WhatsApp phone number and profile name, message content and attachments, message timestamps and delivery status, and WhatsApp Business Account, phone-number and message-template configuration needed to operate the service.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver workshops and consulting, operate and improve our services, send and receive authorised business communications, configure messaging workflows, provide support, protect our systems and meet legal obligations.
WhatsApp Business Platform services
If we provide a service that uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, we process WhatsApp-related information only to provide the service authorised by the relevant business customer and according to that customer’s instructions. Customers remain responsible for their own WhatsApp Business accounts, lawful notices and consent, their communications and their end users. We do not use WhatsApp data for unrelated advertising or sell it.
Sharing and service providers
We share personal data only with providers needed to host, secure or deliver an agreed service; with messaging, automation or AI service providers where the relevant workflow requires them and the business customer has authorised their use; with the relevant business customer; or where disclosure is required by law. These providers may process data in other countries under contractual and security safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, an agreed service, security and dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Retention periods vary by service and customer instruction. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about access to, correction or deletion of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data, subject to applicable law. For services provided to a business customer, please contact that customer first where the request concerns its WhatsApp Business account or communications.
