Data Deletion

Effective 14 August 2026

You can ask Selphia Collective Pte. Ltd., trading as The AI Burrow, to delete personal data that we control, including data associated with a WhatsApp Business Platform service.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@theaiburrow.xyz with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the phone number or email address associated with the service, the business or service you interacted with, and enough detail for us to locate the data. Do not send message content, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before acting on the request.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and, after verification, delete or de-identify personal data under our control that is not required for an ongoing service, security, dispute resolution or legal obligation. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days and will tell you if more time is reasonably required.

We will confirm when the request is complete. Limited records may remain in protected backups until their normal expiry or where retention is required by law, but they will not be used for other purposes.

Data controlled by another business

If The AI Burrow processes WhatsApp or other data only on behalf of a business customer, that customer controls the data. Please contact the business you communicated with first. We will assist that customer with a valid deletion instruction where required.
